The Vail Golf Club will open its driving range tomorrow (5/1) for those eager to hit a few golf balls prior to opening day. The driving range will be open from 10 a.m. to dusk daily and, in addition, the pro shop is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily offering great deals on golf attire and equipment.
The 2009 Vail Recreation District's (VRD) Vail and Beaver Creek Mountain Bike Race Series will get underway May 27,2009 with the return of the Hammer in the Hay held at 4 Eagle Ranch near Wolcott. Pre-registration for individual races and the entire series is currently underway for all experience levels, ages eight and older.
