VAIL, CO…Elway’s Vail announces a new, three-course prix fixe menu for only $45 for a limited time along with a new Happy Hour menu and $20 Beer, Burger and Fries package. Open for happy hour and dinner every evening at 5:30 p.m., this new Vail valley eatery is located in The Lodge at Vail and offers USDA Prime steaks, fresh seafood and seasonal side dishes seven nights a week in their sophisticated dining rooms, outdoor patio and cozy bar.

The three-course, prix fixe menu includes choice of selected appetizers, entrées and desserts from the award-winning Elway’s menu. To begin their meal, guests may choose from Rhode Island Calamari, Steak Tacos, Caesar or House Salad or Black Bean Soup. Entrée choices are USDA Prime Sirloin Steak, Roasted Half Chicken, Sustainable Farm-Raised Salmon, USDA Prime Rib-eye Steak or Short Rib “Off the Bone” along with appropriate side dishes. Desserts include Elway’s Classic Ding Dong, Warm Chocolate Chip Cookies with Ice Cream or Warm Oatmeal Cookies with Ice Cream.

Happy Hour is nightly from 5:30 until 6:30 and your choice of four of Elway’s favorite appetizers are each just $5. Choose from BBQ Chicken Sliders. Steak Tacos, Truffle Fries or Rhode Island Style Calamari.

All night, every night, guests may enjoy the Elway’s Smash Burger, Fresh Cut French Fries and your choice of beer for only $20.
