This spring, the restaurants and lodges throughout the Vail Valley are offering up some of their best specials of the year. All of these factors come together to kick off the seventh annual Vail-Beaver Creek Restaurant Week, commencing Sunday May 27, 2019 and spanning across 8 days during Memorial Day until June 2, 2019. Executive Director of the Vail Chamber and Business Association Alison Wadey said, “We are so excited to promote $20.19 Vail-Beaver Creek Spring Restaurant Week for the very first time this year because both our locals and visitors love Vail-Beaver Creek Restaurant Week specials,” said Executive Director of the Vail Chamber & Business Association Alison Wadey. “Spring in the Vail Valley marks a wonderful time in the mountains and gives people a reason to come out and explore Vail’s culinary dishes before the full summer season begins.”
2019 marks the first year for Spring Restaurant Week in Vail and Beaver Creek. The participating restaurants and lodges will kickoff the summer festivities with a wide variety of offerings and one will have no difficulty finding the perfect fit. With over 50 restaurants to choose from, guests will quickly notice their favorite locations; however, be cautious not to miss the assortment of new restaurants and lodges on board as well. We also encourage guests to check back on the website often, as we will continue to add new specials. Vail and Beaver Creek will have no shortage of offerings for visitors and locals to kick back, relax and enjoy for the entirety of the event.
It’s not just the list of restaurants creating the buzz this year, but the Vail and Beaver Creek lodges as well, accommodating guests from across the country. Whatever $20.19 special you opt for this year, there is one thing that’s for sure and that is, it will pair perfectly with Vail and Beaver Creek’s stunning spring backdrop. The spring scenery of the Rocky Mountains truly sets the stage for an unparalleled culinary event returning even bigger and better for 2019.
Fall Restaurant Week will also commence on September 27, 2019 for 10 days until October 6, 2019. We plan to announce different menu and lodging specials in the fall but make sure to save the dates for such an extraordinary event.
Once again sincere thanks are due to the Town of Vail, Beaver Creek Resort Company, Vail Resorts and Open Table for playing a critical role in supporting Restaurant Week throughout all of its’ seven years. We can’t wait for everyone to get out there and enjoy all that Vail and Beaver Creek villages have to offer. And don’t forget to save some time in your schedule for that beautiful spring hike!
