Restaurant Week in the Valley returns for a fourth year as restaurants, lodges and community partners come together to craft tantalizing specials for a noteworthy 2016 experience.

Vail Beaver Creek Restaurant Week is back for the fourth year and it won’t disappoint! Leaving guests awed and inspired last year, this year will continue to engage those both living locally and those exploring the Vail Valley the week of September 30th through October 9th.

The 2016 build up is mounting as we get closer to the dining experience of the year. Mouth watering specials and jaw dropping views accompanied by extraordinary lodging opputunities awaits. You are bound to find something you love with our diverse menus. While the price point is set at $20.16, we have encouraged participating restaurants to get creative and surprise our guests. When discussing restaurant week with Matt Morgan, Managing Partner of Sweet Basil and Mountain Standard, he reiterates “Vail Beaver Creek Restaurant Week has significantly enhanced the late summer/early fall in the Vail Valley. Taking place over a time of year that typically has gorgeous autumn colors and weather combined with smaller crowds, it’s a great opportunity for our guests as well as the entire Vail community to come out and enjoy the terrific restaurants that our valley has to offer. And of course, all without breaking the bank.”

What makes Vail Beaver Creek Restaurant Week so special? With all the options to be wined and dined across the nation it’s not just the stunning views that makes this event so remarkable. For a third year this expression of culinary celebration will include the amazing talent from chefs in not just one, but two world class mountain resorts. Between the high end service, delectable dining options and worldly chef’s, the return of the 2016 event will be sure to provide ample amounts of unique prix fixe menus and specials.  As special offers filter in, you can expect to see options ranging from steak and salmon entrees to featured wines for just $20.16 a bottle.

Vail Beaver Creek Restaurant Week is made possible by the ongoing support of our key local partners; The Town of Vail, Beaver Creek Resort Company, Vail Resorts, the Vail Valley Foundation and the Vail Valley Partnership. Their critical roles in supporting Restaurant Week has not gone unnoticed as the event returns for a third successful year. Alongside their support and hard working efforts are our local restaurant owners and lodges. During a time that is traditionally a slower period for the area, their willingness to continue working and thinking outside the box truly makes this event the diverse dining destination event it has become today.
