Groups and Meetings

Meetings in Vail are unlike any other.  From the mountain views to the meeting venues, we see to it that your group will have an unforgettable stay.  After all, where else can you have presentations in the fresh mountain air and sun, hold team-building exercises in a white-water raft and hop on a gondola to your group lunch? Only in Vail.

Host your meeting in an unconventional center.
Meeting venues at Vail take you beyond four white walls and a door.  Out facilities can accommodate tens of thousands of guests, both on and off the mountain.  From dude ranches to museums to outdoor pavilions that seat 2,500, we've got options you never imagined.  In addition, most of our lodging properties also have onsite conference and breakout rooms for your convenience.

Plenty of places to stay--and reasons.
Lodging is equally as diverse, with boutique properties, condos and nationally branded hotels that can house hundreds.  Many lodging properties are located within Vail Village and Lionshead, offering guests access to a wide variety of shops, restaurants and activities.

Downtime? What's that?
Vail offers team building activities as vast as the mountain itself.  In addition to great hiking, mountain biking, fishing and rafting, Vail is a golfer's paradise.  Our 13 public and private courses are designed by top names like Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Hale Irwin and Tom Fazio.  And the high altitude sees your tee shots traveling significantly farther, so your long game never looked better.

An amazing assortment of land, water and air activities.

Easy to get to.  Even easier to get around in.
Getting to Vail is as easy as hopping on a plane, and getting around town only takes a pair of shoes.  Direct nonstop service to Vail/Eagle County Airport is available from many cities.  Another option is flying to Denver International Airport and connecting into Vail/Eagle County Airport or taking affordable ground transportation into Vail.  Once you're here, you can access our complimentary bus system, which will escort you throughout the town and to recreation areas, various hotels and other venues.  Conveniently located off Interstate 70, Vail is a 30-minute drive from Vail/Eagle County airport and about a two-hour drive from Denver International Airport.  Shuttle services to and from both airports can be easily arranged by a group sales expert for any size group.

Making sure your event is expertly orchestrated isn't just something we say, it's a practice we've perfected.  Our Group Sales Experts can book everything down to the last detail, from lodging to meeting facilities and group activities, with one simple phone call.  Booking your event is as easy as can be.
